The room was spacious and incredibly clean, with a jaw-droppingly huge modern TV offering a range of languages. The comfortable bed and high-quality shampoo and shower gel were mind-blowing. The restaurant served a super breakfast with a fantastic variety of Czech and German desserts, fruits, and yogurt. The staff were professional, friendly, and good-looking, and the hotel was an excellent base for exploring the stunning Czech forests and mountains as well as nearby Germany. The location in the city center was easily accessible by car, with convenient underground parking reserved for hotel guests. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to stay longer without any extra charges when I fell ill. The hotel's location opposite the Museum was ideal and there was convenient parking available below the hotel. The young lady at breakfast was very polite and offered me more food even though I was late. my stay was absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

I arrived at breakfast 40 minutes before it finished - and it didn't look fresh anymore. I actually didn't like the breakfast for tgat reason

The furniture in the room was outdated and worn. The towels in the bathroom were torn.

Some rooms have special bath room for geriatric and handicap and they have very excellent breakfast.I want to thanks Helena Nemravova the front office manager she was very helpful and all staff. It was the suitable hotel to stayed in it with my family in Usti Nad Laben. I will advice my friends to stay in it and I will came a gain.

The hotel's decoration was elegant and neat, with a touch of sophistication that I appreciated. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with well-placed handrails and spacious elevators.

I would have enjoyed a cozier atmosphere during my stay. It would have been lovely to have a cozy bar or café at ground level, where I could relax and socialize with other guests.

The only thing that could have been better was the variety of breakfast items. Some warm food options were missing and there were a few issues with the coffee machine and lack of juices.

Very nice business hotel with everything you will need as an business man/woman. Everything was new, high speed internet connection on the rooms, good minibar, good restaurant and a secured underground parking place.
